PlanFocus 2.0 was part of a larger effort to modernize TIAA’s institutional experience — a 15yr old platform used by over 12,000 plan sponsors and consultants managing more than $1.2 trillion in assets.

As Lead Product Designer overseeing a pod of designers, I partnered with product, engineering, and research teams to redefine how clients interact with their plans — simplifying workflows, clarifying structure, and aligning the product with TIAA’s Ethos design system.
